What we ask of a partner school
- One contact person: the career service or an internship coordinator.
- Your internship calendar and your agreement template, so companies follow your rules.
- A link to your page, and a mention in your newsletter at least once per term.
- Your written OK before we show your name and logo.
- Your school's email domains, so we know who belongs to your school.
Who sees what
- Your school never sees a student's name unless that student agrees. Students can withdraw that consent at any time.
- Statistics are totals. Any number under 5 shows as “< 5”.
- We never ask you for lists of students.
- Your team signs in with email addresses at your school's domain.
Before the internship starts
Internship agreement checklist (Belgium): student, school and company sign before day one. This is a guide, not legal advice.
- Check which kind of internship it is: part of the studies, voluntary, or after graduation.
- Part of the studies: the student, the school and the company sign the school's own agreement before day one, on the school's template.
- The agreement states the tasks and learning goals, the dates, the hours, the place and the mentor at the company.
- The company assesses the risks of the post and gives the workstation sheet to the school. It is attached to the agreement.
- Every intern must be insured against work accidents and declared in Dimona. Agree before day one who does it; the agreement says so.
- Internships that are part of the studies are normally unpaid. Costs may be paid back: the offer says so.
- After graduation or outside a school: a professional immersion agreement (CIP, or BIO in Flanders), with a minimum monthly allowance set by the region. A social secretariat can confirm the amount.
- The intern never pays a fee.
- A graduate from outside the EU may need a permit for trainees. Check before signing.
- Everyone keeps a signed copy.

Nothing for students and schools during Mundital's first year. We will tell you well in advance if this changes.
Do we have to stop using our current career platform?
No. The partnership is not exclusive. Mundital adds checked internships, in Belgium and worldwide, to what you already offer.
Who can join from our school?
Career service staff, internship coordinators and the international office. Each person signs in with their school email.
Do our students need an account?
Only to apply. Anyone can browse your page and the internships, and set an email alert without an account.
Are internships abroad included?
Yes. Mundital lists internships worldwide, including remote ones, and shows whether a company can sign an Erasmus+ traineeship agreement.
