About these terms
These terms apply when you use mundital.com. Mundital is run by MCEXPERT SRL (trading as MC Expert), Rue Saint-Joseph 51/1, 1140 Evere, Belgium, enterprise number 0688.614.975. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
Who can use Mundital
- Students and recent graduates aged 16 or older.
- Companies and other organisations that offer real internships. The person who signs up must be allowed to act for the organisation.
- Staff of schools, universities and colleges, for their school's partner space, once Mundital has approved them.
Price
Mundital is free for students and schools during its first year. Publishing an internship is free at the moment. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them in advance, and nothing becomes paid without your agreement.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if someone else uses your account. The information you give must be true and up to date.
How we check internships
A person at Mundital reads every internship before it goes live. We check that the company is real, a mentor is named, the tasks and learning goals are clear, the length and pay are stated, and students are never asked to pay a fee.
A check lowers the risk but cannot guarantee everything. If something looks wrong, tell us at Rue Saint-Joseph 51/1, 1140 Evere, Belgium and we will look at it.
Rules for companies
- Publish only real internships, with real tasks, a named mentor and honest details about place, length and pay.
- Never ask a student for money, and never use an internship to fill a regular job.
- Treat every applicant fairly. Discrimination is not allowed.
- Use applicants' data only for your recruitment, and keep it safe.
- In Belgium and many other countries, the student, the school and the company sign an internship agreement before day one. Mundital shows a checklist as a guide; it is not legal advice.
Rules for students
Apply only to internships that interest you, and make sure your profile and CV are true. Treat companies and schools with respect.
Rules for schools
School staff see a student's name only when that student agrees. Use what you see only to support your students. Statistics are shown as totals, and any count below 5 is hidden.
External listings
Listings marked "External · not checked by Mundital" come from other sites. We have not checked them. You apply on the source site, under its own terms, and we are not responsible for those offers.
What you publish
You keep the rights to what you publish. You allow Mundital to show it on Mundital, and to share checked internships with our partner sites (MC Expert Jobs, AI Community Days and SKWLD) through our public listing. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading, or that you have no right to use.
What is not allowed
- Fake offers, spam, or programmes that charge students a fee.
- Copying the site's content in bulk, scraping, or trying to get around the security rules.
- Using Mundital to collect people's data for anything other than internships.
We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep Mundital available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption. We are not a party to the internship agreement between a student, a school and a company. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for fraud or serious fault.
Closing an account
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when the situation allows it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes in advance. If you keep using Mundital after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
