For companies

Free during Mundital's first year

Publish an internship. Meet students who fit.

Describe your internship once. Students looking for an internship find it on Mundital, apply, and you answer them from one place.

Checked by Mundital before it goes live.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your company page

Name, country, VAT or company number and website. Invite colleagues if you like.

  2. 2

    Describe the internship

Where and when, the kind of internship, the pay and the tasks. Remote is fine: you choose where interns may live.

  3. 3

    Mundital checks it

We read every internship before it goes live. Then students apply, and you answer them in your company space.

What Mundital checks

Students can trust the badge because we look at each internship by hand before it goes live.

Checked by Mundital before it goes live.

  • The company is real: company number and website.
  • A named mentor guides the intern.
  • The tasks and the learning goals are written down.
  • The length is stated.
  • The pay is stated, even when the internship is unpaid.
  • Students never pay a fee.
  • You say whether you sign the student's school agreement.

Verified by Mundital

Mundital checks your company before your first internship goes live. Once it is verified, applications reach you directly.

Students' data

You see only what a student sends with an application: name, message, availability and CV. Use it for that internship only. Students can see when their CV was opened.

Any country, on site or remote

Publish internships in any country. For a remote internship, choose the countries interns may live in, or anywhere in the world. Say whether you can sign an Erasmus+ learning agreement.

Internship agreements in Belgium

A short guide for your first intern.

Internship agreement checklist (Belgium)

Student, school and company sign the agreement before day one.

  1. Check which kind of internship it is: part of the studies, voluntary, or after graduation.
  2. Part of the studies: the student, the school and the company sign the school's own agreement before day one, on the school's template.
  3. The agreement states the tasks and learning goals, the dates, the hours, the place and the mentor at the company.
  4. The company assesses the risks of the post and gives the workstation sheet to the school. It is attached to the agreement.
  5. Every intern must be insured against work accidents and declared in Dimona. Agree before day one who does it; the agreement says so.
  6. Internships that are part of the studies are normally unpaid. Costs may be paid back: the offer says so.
  7. After graduation or outside a school: a professional immersion agreement (CIP, or BIO in Flanders), with a minimum monthly allowance set by the region. A social secretariat can confirm the amount.
  8. The intern never pays a fee.
  9. A graduate from outside the EU may need a permit for trainees. Check before signing.
  10. Everyone keeps a signed copy.

This is a guide, not legal advice. Your social secretariat or the school can confirm the details.

Questions

Can we publish an unpaid internship?

Yes, when the rules of the country allow it. Say it plainly. The form warns you when a rule usually asks for pay, for example in France after 2 months.

How long does the check take?

We check internships by hand, in the order they arrive. We write to you when yours is live, or if we need something from you.

Can we change an internship once it is live?

Yes. Your changes go through the check again before students see them.

Who can apply?

Students aged 16 or older with a Mundital account. Partner schools can also recommend your internship to their students.
